DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, August 20\, 5:30 p.m.\, meet in front of the Central Library in Prague\nWe cordially invite you to a creative writing and street photography workshop with the successful Brazilian writer and photographer Tom Correia.\nMeet in front of the Central Library in Prague. We’ll take a short walk during which we’ll try to capture the atmosphere of the city. The second part will take place in the library\, where we’ll use the photos we’ve taken as inspiration to write short prose pieces.\nThe workshop will be in English and will last around 2 hours. Please bring a camera or phone and something to write with.\nRegistration must be made in advance via the registration form or the QR code.\n Tom CorreiaTom Correia is a Brazilian writer and photographer. He was born and lives in Salvador\, the capital of the Brazilian state of Bahia. He is the author of several short story collections and photo books. In his artistic work\, he most often combines literature and urban photography. It is an elegant fusion of the written word and the image that captures urban life in its true form. He is currently in Prague as part of the UNESCO Prague City of Literature residency program.
